I've committed a fix(*). "xterm" now builds and works fine for me.

Unfortunately "screen" (from "pkgsrc") is totally broken:

        tron@lyssa:~>screen -r
        Cannot find termcap entry for 'xterm'.

I've tried rebuilding it but it didn't help.
