HEADS_UP (NetBSD-current no longer boots after install)

If you installed /usr/mdec/bootxx-* files built in the last 3
days (by running installboot(8)), please do this again after
the next update.

I've just changed the meaning of some flag bits which are
located in the filesystem boot sectors but affect the plain
file /boot so that new /boot files keep their default behaviour
(i.e. load modules) with old boot sectors.
