The better test was to replace the PSU and keep the rest as is. So
I bought a shiny new 850W PSU today. No difference. But now I have
one extra PSU in my storage. I wonder what should I do next. Now
I have changed all the hardware and the problem is still there.
I am starting to get more suspicious on the software.

Who defines what is the timeout? Does it come from an ATA standard?
