Ah, yes, I see now that another pam module (security/pam-fprint)
conditionally adds -DNO_STATIC_MODULES to CFLAGS.

Doing it the same way in pam-af doesn't work, but patching the Makefile
directly has effect.  It seems to work now, I think. (But it is somewhat
ugly since it is not conditional on NetBSD).
