Yeah I'm naive.

But if build.sh ... kernel=X is done, cd src/sys/modules when done,
make, make install with destination objdir-of-kernel/modules ?

So being less naive, you can't have meant the above as it's too obvious.
What's the problem with build.sh so that you need ideas for it?
