nbmtree: existing entry for `libXaw.so.6', type `file' does not match type `link'

This is with -current updated less than an hour ago, using MKXORG=yes.

and indeed it looks weird (symlinks to themselves):

I ran into this also in my previous iteration of build.sh, and
apparently removing the symlinks doesn't help. I'll try removing big
chunks from my obj directories now, see if that helps.
