My standard plug about "able to run ATF": this is only true for
non-DIAGNOSTIC kernels, PR 57836 is still open. There is a bogus
pmap_activate() in cpu_lwp_fork() (vm_machdep.c line 113).

It maybe needs to be replaced with something writing the page table
registers to the PCB for init before entering userland for the first
time - but that is far beyound my VAX understanding - help, please!
