Specifically the ones used by Apple in the 1990s / early 2000s.

No, since there is no decent documentation I'm aware of and the code in
nv is deliberately obfuscated. I wrote gffb mostly to get around a bug
in some Apple firmware which wouldn't set palette registers on the DVI
port via OF methods, then ported over enough magic number voodoo to get
the blitter going on nv11...
