Hi,

I tried a 32 bit kernel, too. But there is the same result... Maybe a
problem with the motherboard? I have problems with the integrated
raid- controller, either!

I doubt it's a HW issue; it's likely some issue in the NetBSD drivers..
my system run Vista 64-bit just fine and I still have some issues with
it under NetBSD.

Your X reboot happens every time? (as opposed to e.g. only on the 2nd
invocation like mine?).
