Well, the simple ones (the ones that use variable names that are defined
constants in the NetBSD headers) you can just fix.
The ones that need extra libraries and compiler settings should be mostly
covered by the patch that I sent you, but there could be more.
Finally there are ones that are slightly more complicated to fix, and we
should just say what's wrong with them in the table...
