Adding a simple editor to the NetBSD distribution

There's no reason why we can't have another set which contains
things that might life easier for new users.

That way I don't have to install that set.

Well, from the scenarios that have been brought up, an important argument
for including a simple editor in NetBSD (as opposed to pkgsrc) is to have
it in /rescue. That forces inclusion in base.tgz.

Yup, that is the reason why it should be considered completely
separately from any desktop package, or any proposed shovel-load
of helpful tools which could be added as optional packages.
