I did that because,

1. mrg@ did the full pkgsrc one.

2. I wanted to see if there were any inherent issues with GCC, and if there
   were any, it's far easier for me to experiment this way.

3. I only have the work laptop with me right now, so NetBSD is inside QEMU, and
   I can't leave a full compile running for... Bob knows how long.

Still, I'll try doing a pkgsrc build too if I get the time this weekend with a
severely stripped down GCC: only C; no docs; no tests; etc.
