Re: gcc 16 bootstrap, stage 2 and 3 differ

My build of gcc-16.2.0 just completed with no issues. I compiled it standalone
--like I would've on Linux (except without all extra `--config-flags' which I
usually add):

1. cd ~/tmp; tar -xf /mnt/home/rvp/dl/gcc-16.2.0.tar.xz

2. cd gcc-16.2.0; ./contrib/download_prerequisites --no-verify

3. mkdir build; cd build

4. ../configure --prefix=/tmp/G --disable-nls --enable-languages=c,c++ --with-system-zlib --with-build-config=bootstrap-debug --enable-bootstrap

5. gmake -j6 MAKE=gmake

I suspect it would've worked even without the last 2 `--flags' as those are
the default for a native build.
