Re: enable MKCOMPATX11

Building MKCOMPATX11 first, then without. The results are more
pessimistic about build time, due to caching.

On a 8c/16t 32GB RAM machine (running linux):

With:		68 minutes
Without:	54 minutes
Difference:	+25%

Set			MKCOMPATX11		normal
xbase			7.6M			5.5M
xcomp			12M			6.6M
xetc			same
xfont			same
xserver			same

Net change:	+7M, compressed

Uncompressed destdir:	1.2G			1.3G

Net change:	+50.6Mb, uncompressed

Are any files missing?

The following files appear only in the 64-bit version:
usr/X11R7/lib/modules/dri/*
usr/X11R7/lib/modules/drivers/*
usr/X11R7/lib/modules/extensions/*

This includes things like gallium_dri.so, so might have issues with
functioning.

(Note we can't do hardware-accelerated COMPAT_NETBSD32, there'll only be
llvmpipe).
