Lua man-pages not in comp set?

Hello,

I can miss the point, but what's the reason to put Lua documentation man3lua and man9lua in man.tar.gz?
man3 and man9 are in comp.tar.gz

I doubt that anyone will be interested e.g. in a Lua kernel hacking without the comp set.
