I don't think it's necessary.  The default pbulk.conf is unusable out of 
the box (e.g. hardcoding master mode, expecting 192.168.75/24 to be 
configured, etc), and so users will have modifications and pkgsrc won't 
replace the default from share/examples.

I was going to leave any pbulk edits to others, now that all my builds 
have been migrated away I'm unable to easily test, so happy to defer any 
changes to pbulk to what active users think best.
