dealing with odd distfile name

I am trying to update geography/proj-doc.  Upstream's pdf is now at:

  https://proj.org/_/downloads/en/9.6/pdf/

It's not

  https://proj.org/docs/proj-9.6.pdf

or

  https://proj.org/docs/proj-9.6.tar.gz

which would be easier to deal with, I think.

url2pkg doesn't do magic for me, and I'm at a loss how to proceed, other
than making a distfile and putting it on www.netbsd.org.


And, do the assembled masses think this is an upstream bug?
