newbie added py-pyasyncore and py-pyasynchat

Hej,

i just added py-pyasyncore and py-pyasynchat to wip.  those are needed to get fail2ban in its current incarnation running with python >= 312.  Maybe some other pkgsrc-entries might also benefit from that temporary fix.
I think i messed up with the commit message for py-pyasyncore, but i cannot recall how to change a commit-message for the commit before the last commit..
If someone would check those packages for correctness otherwise and decide if its worth pulling it into pkgsrc, that would be much appreciated.  Pulling it into pkgsrc would make the fix for fail2ban an added DEPENDS+=py-pyasynchat…
