New imports (WIP)

Hi,

I recently added the following packages to /pkgsrc/wip :

zephyr-smalltalk :

A new smalltalk coded in C, still much     in the works but with several nice features.

zephyr-lsmalltalk :

Now a meta (circular) smalltalk coded in LISP using CLOS. Has a magnitude and collection class, together with a integer and float class. Should become a full system, running with the clisp program.

FreeBASIC :

A full BASIC compiler, third-party and GPL licensed.
