This error is fixed with lang/openjdk11-1.11.0.21.9nb1.
And I am uploading bootstrap kit to ftp.netbsd.org now.

There are two problems yet.

(1) bazel is only for 64-bit platforms.
(2) Mozc gets segfault during build.

Anyway I will update mozc packages to the latest tag
after freeze for 64-bit platforms.
