Thanks for your work.

I have added some NetBSD related code to
the source code of Bazel. 

It seems that its bootstrap kit should be built with NetBSD support code under Linux.
Then the resulting bootstrap kit should be used
under NetBSD. 

I will try to generate the bootstrap kit.
However I have no idea about how to create
*-dist.zip yet.
