pkg-vulnerabilities file now in pkgsrc

Hi!

The files pkg-vulnerabilities (listing security problems in packages)
and eol-packages (describing EOL packages) files are now part of pkgsrc
proper - I have just copied the current version from the private
repository where they lived to pkgsrc/doc.

This does not change anything for end users of the files, pkg_admin
still gets its information from the signed copy on ftp.NetBSD.org.

Feel free to add CVE information to
pkgsrc/doc/pkg-vulnerabilities. pkgsrc-security will monitor commits
and upload new signed copies.
