Note that mozilla-rootcerts != /etc/openssl. The certificates are
somewhere under $prefix, and you can install them through
mozilla-rootcerts-openssl or running the "mozilla-rootcerts install"
command. The installed packages are probably relying on the
certificates in the pkgsrc prefix.
