Upgrading main pkgsrc rust to 1.69.0?

Hi,

rust has been upgraded in wip/rust to 1.69.0, and I've been
checking that it itself, librsvg and firefox (with 110.0.1) still
builds and runs.  My crossed-out items on the testing status
follows below.

I think it's time to consider upgrading the main pkgsrc package
correspondingly.  Comments?
