Ok, so it keeps the license now and the options are prefixed.
Turns out I didn't read the manpage carefully enough, ngircd does reload 
after a HUP.
The only problem is that I'm having a bit of a trouble with the pidfile.
Where should I put it?
And also is it created by rc.d or do I have to specify it in the config?
