powwow update

Hi,

in case anyone is or was considering to work on updating powwow,
let me know. I have a 3/4th-finished, not yet commited work to
update games/powwow to the most recent release. I'm in touch
with the upstream author about new and old patches, and a case
of alloca().

It was last touched in 2013 by joerg@ in pkgsrc, so it's unlikely
someone else got the idea to work on it.
