libuuid shouldn't be used in NetBSD

I don't think that libuuid should be used in the BSDs either.
At least for netbsd, it is overriding functions that exist in libc in an
incompatible way. It's a recipe for explosions.

It existing in fontconfig means it will affect an extremely large number
of programs.

If a program expects libc uuid, and uses fontconfig, it will get the
wrong, incompatible function.
