Jason, or anyone, shall I go forward with implementing mk/blas.buildlink3.mk and friends to select a BLAS for packages depending on one (while multiple ones can be installed next to each other)? Or is there still preference for doing this decision per-package with the inevitable mix of BLAS libraries?
