Yes, I read it.  Besides Joerg's point (which is quite valid), the
larger issue is that pkgsrc is not currently in the business of deciding
if licenses are ok.   So you could ask the upstream if they have been
blessed as Open or Free by OSI or FSF, given that they've chosen a
non-standard license.   If they have a non-standard non-approved
license, they should expect to be treated as non-standard.
