Let me put it that way:

whatever you do, the syntax won't be sexy.
And yeah, you won't like it.

EPOCH support is a necesssary evil. Yeah, it's there because somebody fucked
up. But it's the least expensive way to deal with it.

I would be delighted if you find out a way to deal with it that's practical
and works beautifully compared to the kludge all other OSes had to deal with.


I'm not holding m breath though.
