Still coming up with some more after a bootstrap...
I'm curious if maybe gnu-configure.mk shouldn't just automatically add 'msgfmt msgmerge xgettext' to USE_TOOLS
to greatly simplify these (most problems seem primarily related to packages with "GNU_CONFIGURE=yes")
