Hello,

Thanks for feedback received in a private mail, I'm on fixing two issues:
- libs aren't installed with +x,
- missing PKGCONFIG_OVERRIDE.

radare2 reinvented build scripts ( https://github.com/radare/acr ) so I need to pay attention to make it properly -- on the other hand upstream now claims with newer versions moving to.. waf.

When the problems will be addressed I will let you know.
