wip/radare2 request for review

Hello,

wip/radare2 [1] contains radare2 [2], its DESCR says:

radare2 (r2) is a rewrite from scratch of radare in order to provide
a set of libraries and tools to work with binary files.

Radare project started as a forensics tool, a scriptable command-line
hexadecimal editor able to open disk files, but later support for analyzing
binaries, disassembling code, debugging programs, attaching to remote gdb
servers, ..

radare2 is portable.

This package supersedes wip/radare [3], with the following changes:
- rename package to radare2 (upstream changed as well)
- no more options.mk for built-in gui (never implemented) and I assume that nobody wants to disable the debugger

Please review the package, import to devel/ and remove the obsoleted wip/radare.
