This looks like a 3-clause BSD license plus no-commercial-use. Is there a matching license or do I have to create licenses/frink? I'm not aware of one. So I think frink-license it is (obviously cannot go in DEFAULT_ACCEPTABLE). Do I have to set any NO_XXX variables due to the "other than its commercial exploitation" clause? Generally, we have set NO_*_ON_CDROM for licenses that do not grant commercial use permission, via RESTRICTED, but not NO_*_ON_FTP, on the (documented I think) theory that _CDROM means for sale and _FTP is at no charge.
