Just because a tool is written in python and uses its provided python 
modules, we shouldn't change its name to be prefixed with python.

But if the goal is to provide a lettuce for different versions of 
python, then maybe. If it is renamed, then rename the binary too so 
multiple "lettuce" may be installed simultaneously.
