We can split it out of the pkgsrc/net/tnftp (see files/libedit/) and 
keep it source in the pkgsrc tree.

In addition, we should look at wip/editline to see if has anything we 
should consider (and then get rid of that wip package).

"editline" is the correct package name for new package.
