Freeze for pkgsrc-2009Q4 starts on December 16th

Hi folks,

In case anyone is interested, we're looking to put a freeze on new
functionality in pkgsrc (and this includes infrastructure, pkg_install
and everything under pkgsrc/mk, for those of us of a more literal
frame of mind) to begin on December 16th, 2009. We expect this freeze
to last about 2 weeks, after which the brand new pkgsrc branch will
be available.
