Amanda license of type modified-bsd?

Hi,

comparing both licenses (see licenses/modified-bsd and the appended
file), I am of the opinion that they are basically equivalent.

If there are no objections I will add that LICENSE value to

  amanda-client
  amanda-common
  amanda-plot
  amanda-server

on Sunday.
