I also forgot to mention that if ${RCD_SCRIPTS_DIR} is set to something 
other than /erc/rc.d and an script of the same name exists in /etc/rc.d
(eg when install rync if /etc/rc.d/rsyncd) then +RCD_SCRIPTS gives skips 
installing the file and the CHECK-ADD section will include a warning 
message.
