pkg_dry becomes pkgin

Hi list,

for those of you following and testing my apt-clone, please note that 
after a discussion with some NetBSD developers and pkg_dry testers, 
I decided to rename it to a smaller, sexier name: "pkgin".

Prerequisites and usage are explained at this address: 
http://imil.net/pkgin/

For those of you that already have a pkg_dry database, simply rename 
/var/db/pkg_dry to /var/db/pkgin, and /var/db/pkgin/pkg_dry.{db|log} to 
pkgin.db and pkgin.log.
