Joerg, unfortunately I don't have access to A/UX now, a big reason my porting 
efforts have stalled since December.  :)  :P  But thanks for the updated 
patch-anything meant to improve the mkdir -p situation has to be a good thing.

If you're going to be patching bootstrap anyway, please review pkg/41130 which 
has my A/UX-related changes.
