Now THIS is a capital idea. I'll admit to being one of the lazy suckers
that's filed a patch and not fed it upstream. If pkgsrc did it
automatically, using UPSTREAM_MAINTAINER email or some such, it would
relieve lots of duplicate work. If I were the upstream for some project,
I'd prefer patches to be submitted via channels I've established, but if a
well-known packaging system pinged me by email I'm sure that I'd at least
try to take a look.
