README.html and pkgsrc daily tarball

Today I downloaded latest pkgsrc tarball
from here ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc.tar.gz
and found there tons of PKGPATHs/README.html files.

Are all these files really necessary or you forgot to remove them?
IMHO they are useless and produce lots of noise
while 'cvs up'-ing tree.
