Thanks for the clue.  Now I see how the links are supposed to be set
up.

Nevertheless, pdflatex never shows up in ${WRKDIR}/.buildlink/bin when
I try to build doxygen.  Isn't that where the doxygen package expects
to find it when it tries to install?  Or is it supposed to be able to
run prgorams from ${PREFIX}/bin directly?
