Why PKG_DEVELOPER=yes? NetBSD bulk builds are without PKG_DEVELOPER.
Nothing bad happens. By running bulk twice - once with this feature
enabled and once with disabled you will get the difference (without
manually analysing where the problem comes from), that is full list of
packages that need to fixed. That's all.
