www/curl broken?

www/curl is won't configure:

checking for struct timeval... yes
checking run-time libs availability... failed
configure: error: one or more libs available at link-time are not available 
run-time. Libs used at link-time:

Stop.
make: stopped in /u1/pkgsrc/www/curl
*** Error code 1

However I can manually configure and build in the work directory.
