I updated pkgsrc sometime on October 20, so unless it's been fixed since 
then, it's still a problem for me.

% ls -l /usr/pkg/lib/libartsc.so.0.0.0
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  26122 Oct 20 10:20 /usr/pkg/lib/libartsc.so.0.0.0*

Was there a patch applied for this since then?
