That would be useful to know normally, but it really shouldn't be
for a packet too big error (but is crucial for redirects, etc).
Packet too big can come from anywhere in the path, matching the
source addr to anything at all isn't going to be useful. If we're
considering that for PMTUD, then I think that's broken.
