...??  dhcpd(8) on 5.2 says it can - you just name the interface(s) you
want it to use on the command line, after any flags.

Is this a functionality regression since then?  (Sounds to me like a
pretty crippling one if so.)  Or is that means of specifying the subset
unsuitable for your use case somehow?  Or what?
