Not really because you haven't said what you are doing now and what you were 
doing before you upgraded. Most people are interested in file transfers which 
obviously depend on much more than the raw network speed.

Try out some of the benchmarking tools in pkgsrc. The iperf benchmarking tool 
is in pkgsrc/net rather than pkgsrc/benchmarking.
